Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect style we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A description of the issue

A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect style
Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note:
• Items must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for replacement.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
• Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control.
• All returns must include a Return Authorization Number (RA #). No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
• Do not ship items back without contacting us first.
